RAF Mountain Rescue Teams (Scotland) -2024 Reunion

The 2024 reunion of the RAF Mountain Rescue Teams (Scotland) will take place in Newtonmore on Saturday 2nd November 2024.

The reunion will be in “The Highlander Hotel” Newtonmore, Highland, PH20 1AY.

Prices for accommodation:

1. Bed & Breakfast (on any night) £38.00 per person.

2. Dinner Bed and Breakfast on Friday night £48.00 per person

The price of the reunion dinner will be £32 and should be booked through me.
This price includes a gratuity for the staff. Prices have gone up slightly, hardly surprising given the current situation within the country but I still believe that what we get is excellent value (please note we take a little extra than the hotel charge so that we can give a tip to the staff).

Accommodation arrangements should be booked and paid for through the hotel. Just mention “RAF Mountain Rescue Reunion”.

If you have booked some time ago please either confirm with the Hotel your booking if your attending or advise them if you are unable to attend.

As in previous years there will be a presentation in the lounge for those who arrive early, 1700hrs (we are looking to do something on the Friday evening as well). More details later.

Reunion Dinner – November 2nd 2024

We would be grateful if you reply to the email and let us know if you are attending and advising us of any guests that you are bringing. It would also be appreciated if you could let us know when you are likely to arrive and where you are staying (if of course you are).

If you have any particular dietary requirements, you can tell us in-confidence or just advise the Hotel in advance.
